血流动力学信号模型

摘要 以时间序列与系统分析理论对定量超声多普勒血流仪获得的人体颈总动脉血流动力学信号进行了分析.AR模型研究表明,正常组与脑动脉硬化急症组的功率谱、模型参数、传递函数极点均有明显区别.研究结果为形成缺血性脑血管疾病的辅助预测诊断系统奠定了基础. This paper is based on the theory of time series and system analysis. Haemodynamic signals of human common carotid arteries, measured by quantitative Doppler-ultrasunicblood flowmeter, are studied systematically. The study of signals by the AR model demonstratesthat there are obvious differences in power spectrum, model parameters and poles of transfer function between the normal men and the patients. A lot of results were obtained and they serve as abasis for an aided system to predict and diagnose ischmia cerebrovascular disease.
