摘要
应用“A 型性格问卷”对40例60岁以上的脑动脉硬化老人及40例60岁以上无脑动脉硬化老人作测定,发现 A 型性格在脑动脉硬化组明显多于对照组(P<0.005)。同时发现 A 型性格组高血脂,高血压,眼底动脉硬化的人数明显多于 B 型性格的人。我们的研究表明:A 型性格可能是脑动脉硬化的发病因素之一。本文对 A 型性格引起动脉硬化的机理作了讨论。
The“type A behavior pattern quest-onn aire”was administered to 40 elderlypatients with cerebra arteriosclerosis(group A),compared with 40 agedcontrols without this disease(group B).Both the patients and controls aged over60.The type A behavior pattern(TABP)was found significantly more in group Athan that in group B(p<0.005).Also hyperlipidemia, hypertensionand arteriosclerosis of retina in those ofTABP were observed much more thanthat in those with type B behavior pat-tern.Our results suggest that TABP mayact as a risk factor for the developmentof cerebral arteriosclerosis.The possiblemechanism of this association was dis-cussed.
