摘要
本文通过建立电极和接头连接区的计算模型,采用有限元分析法,分别计算了电极接头连接区受重力、扭矩、热应力作用时的应力分布,得到了结构中承受较大应力的部位.通过进一步讨论分析,指出了产生较大应力的一些因素.
In this paper, the lower electrode weight and the preload torque and thermal load in the electrode-nippie-joint section are calculated by the Finite-Element -Analysis-Method on basis of the caleulation model in the electrode-nipple-joint section.The main parts that are subjected to the larger stress in the structure are analysed and mentioned.Some factors of how to cause sueh stress are pointed out.
