抑郁症的多轴性神经内分泌研究 被引量：6

摘要 对抑郁症29例、对照组30例作HPA(DST)、HPT(TRH)兴奋试验多轴性神经内分泌研究,结果重性抑郁症DST阳性率为50％,与对照组比较有显著性差异。提示抑郁症患者有HPA轴神经内分泌异常。单独TRH兴奋试验对抑郁症生物学诊断意义不大,但作HPA、HPT多轴性研究时,可提高抑郁症的生物学诊断率。
