摘要 目的:总结并分析抑郁症的发病机制,探讨体育疗法治疗抑郁症的效果。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1988-01/1999-12关于抑郁症与体育疗法的文章,检索词“Depression,DepressionandExerciseTherapy”并限定文章的语言种类为English。同时利用计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库1996-01/2006-10的相关文章,限定文章语言种类为中文,检索词“抑郁症,体育疗法”。另外手工查找抑郁症与体育疗法有关的资料和书籍。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取与抑郁症与体育疗法相关的文献,所选择的文献为研究原著,排除重复研究和综述类文献。资料提炼:共收集到116篇抑郁症与体育疗法的文献,在选择、分析的基础上,排除重复或类似研究,最终提炼出21篇文献进行分类整理用于综述。资料综合:①通过体育锻炼,稳定抑郁症患者的情绪,提高心理承受能力。②身体活动和参与体育锻炼,增强信心,提高活力,帮助改善思考方式,恢复对生活的自我控制能力。③通过体育锻炼使抑郁症患者的注意力转移、情感发泄、兴趣改变、紧张程度得到松弛,消除情绪障碍,达到心理平衡。结论:体育锻炼作为一种积极的心理活动,可以达到稳定抑郁症患者的情绪和提高心理承受能力的目的,从而可以降低抑郁症患者的抑郁状态。在实施体育疗法的过程中,运动项目、运动强度、运动时间等都会对抑郁症患者产生不同影响。 OBJECTIVE: To summarize and analyze the pathogenesy of depression, and probe into the effect of exercise therapy on depression. DATA SOURCES: A computer-based search of articles related to depression and exercise therapy between January 1988 and December 1999 was conducted in Medline with the key words of "depression, depression and exercise therapy", and the language was limited to English. Meanwhile, CJFD was retrieved with computer for relevant studies between January 1996 and October 2006 with the key words of "depression, exercise therapy", and the language was limited to Chinese. Besides, relevant data and books about depression and exercise therapy were manually looked for. STUDY SELECTION: Data were checked in the first trial, and literatures related to depression and exercise therapy were selected, and all enrolled studies were original researches. Repeated studies and reviews were excluded. DATA EXTRACTION: A total of 116 articles about depression and exercise therapy were collected. After selection and analysis, repeated and similar studies were excluded, and 21 literatures were refined, which were classified and arranged for review. DATA SYNTHESIS: ① Exercise facilitates to stabilize the emotion of depressive patients and enhance their psychological endurance capacity. ② Sports and physical training help to boost confidence, enhance vitality and improve the form of thinking as well as recover one's ability of self-control in life. ③ Doing exercise can divert the attention of depressive patients, contribute to their emotional abreaction and interest-changing, relax their tension, eliminate their emotional disorders and thus achieve psychological balance. CONCLUSION: As a positive psychological motion, physical training can stabilize depressive patients' emotion and enhance their psychological endurance capacity, and thus ameliorate their depression. In the process of physical therapy, sports items, exercise intensity and exercising time produce different effects on patients with depression.
