大鼠脑淋巴引流阻断后急性期内脑结构变化的实验研究 被引量:10

摘要 本实验以大鼠为实验动物,通过结扎和摘除颈深淋巴结造成脑淋巴引流障碍,观察了不同时间(淋巴引流阻断1、2、3、5、7、10和15天)脑结构的变化。大体观察见脑表面苍白、饱满、沟变浅窄、回变宽平,光镜下组织间隙增宽,液体郁滞,神经元变性、坏死,并有大量吞噬细胞浸润,形成“卫星现象”;电镜下神经元肿胀坏死,大胶质细胞肿胀,线粒体等亚细胞结构变化明显。上述结果表明阻断脑淋巴引流对脑结构有明显影响,结构变化构成了“淋巴滞流性脑病”,开拓了脑水肿研究的新领域。本实验成功的建立了大鼠实验性“淋巴性脑水肿”模型。 The model of experimental cervical lymphatic blockage was set up by occluding andremoving the deep cervical nodes in rats,morphologlcal alteration was observed at different times(1,2,3,5,7,10 and 15 day after the blockage).The brain swell,cerebral gyrus wide and flatened sulci werefound under naked eye;cerebral tissue space prolongation,increased significantly interstitial fluid,neu-ronal degeneration and necrosis,diffused phagocytes and satellitosis were oberserved under microscope;neuronal swell and necrosis,glial cell swlls apparent subcellar structre such as mitochondrion were seenunder electroscope.These results showed that cerebral lymphatostaosis could lead to cerebral structruechanges which were named as lymphostatic encephalopathy.This experiment explored a new researchfield of cerebral edema and established an experimental animal model of lymphatic cerebral edema.
