摘要
以大鼠为实验动物,通过结扎并摘除颈深浅淋巴结,造成脑淋巴引流阻滞模型。观察了脑皮层的微区血流量在阻塞前、阻塞后1天、5天和7天的动态变化。发现阻塞后1天、5天和7天大脑皮层血流量显著降低(P<0.0l),说明脑淋巴引流阻塞与脑组织供血有关,为进一步研究脑淋巴障碍病理过程,提供一项重要指标。
The model of experimental cervical lymphatic blockage was set up byoccluding and removing both deep and shallow cervical lymph nodes in rats.Thechanges in micro-region cerebral blood flow(MrcBF)were measured by LDF ent timeintervals.The results showed that MrcBF decreased significantly at 1st,5th and 7th dayafter the cervical lymphatic blockage.This experimentsuggests that cerebral lym-phatostasis has a relation to cerebral blood supply and MrcBF may be an important in-dex for further researsh into cerebral lymphatostasis.
