摘要
本文研究用国产NBR粉料和团块料作PVC改性剂,以注塑法制造皮鞋底材的配方和加工工艺,并在实验研究的基础上,工业化试产出性能符合国标和部标的国产NBR改性PVC鞋用粒料和底材.
In this paper the formula and processing technology for the preparation of injection grade PVC for shoe sole are studied, with powder or lump of domestic NBR as the modifier for PVC. Based on the laboratorial studies, domestic NBR modified PVC pellet and shoe sole made from the pellet were trial-produced and the products came up to national and ministerial standards.
