摘要
研究采用聚氯乙烯／丁腈橡胶／顺丁橡胶（ＰＶＣ／ＮＢＲ／ＢＲ）三元共混制备模压浅色胶辊的配方和工艺，主要探讨ＰＶＣ／ＮＢＲ／ＢＲ共混比、稳定剂、填充剂及硫化体系等因素对橡塑并用胶辊性能的影响。实验结果表明：选择ＰＶＣ／ＮＢＲ／ＢＲ＝３０／６０／１０，并配以过氧化物加少量硫黄的硫化体系及白炭黑等助剂，可制得综合性能较好的浅色橡塑胶辊。
A study was made on compounding and processing technology for manufacturing.the moulded PVC/NBR/BR roll with light colour. The influence of the blending ratio ofPVC/NBR/BR, and the compounding ingredients, such as stabilizers , fillers and curativeswas discussed on the performance of the rubber/plastics roll. The experimental resultsshowed that a light rubber/plastic roll with better comprehensive performance could beobtained by using PVC/NBR/BR with the blending ratio of 30/60/10, peroxide curingsystem with low level sulfur and silica.
