摘要
本文介绍用数值模拟方法模拟注塑成型过程中充填时间及材料性质(粘度、比热、热传导率及转变温度)对注射压力的影响,并以实例详细讨论了各因素对注射压力影响的原因,给出了充填时间的估算公式.
The effect of fill time and filler properties, such as viscosity, specific heat, thermal conductivity and transition temperature, on the injection pressure in injection molding was studied by means of digital analogue method. The reason for the effect of various factors on injection pressure were discussed in detail and an estimating equation for the fill time was given in this paper.
