从纤维结构上论述了拉伸条件对三维卷曲中空纤维质量指标影响的原因,纤维结构上的结晶度和取向度的差异是宏观指标差异的原因,而拉伸热效应是内部结构差异的原因。
The article states the reason that drawing conditions act on qualitystandards of three-dimens ional crimp terylene hollow staple from fibrestructure. The crystallinity index and orientation index in fibre structure is thereason of difference between macrostandard. The drawingeat effect is the reasonof difference between macrostandards. Cold drawing is better in quality standards.
