摘要
本文采用犬实验研究围术期体外循环10个时段血小板数量、聚集功能、代谢产物、活化标志蛋白和超微结构。结果显示:(1)体外循环造成血小板活化,从而使血小板数量下降,聚集功能降低,花生四烯酸代谢旺盛,TXB2/6-Keto-PGF12比值升高,血小板表面GMP—140升高,电镜下血小板伪足增多、破碎、脱粒和微管扩张;(2)川芎嗪能降低这些变化的程度,使血小板得到保护,而不影响血液动力学;并能减少鱼精蛋白的量.并从血小板内cAMP、cGMP含量变化探讨了川芎嗪的作用机制。
he study describes experimental results on relationship between extracorpeal circulation andplalelets in 10 dogs. Using TMP decrease effect of Platelets activated by cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). The results shew that: following CPB (1 ) plalet. Counts were reduced; (2) funtiou ofaggregation was decreased; (3) metabolism of arachidonic acid was flourished;TXB2 was increased; theratio between plasma TXB2 and 6--keto--PGF1a was varified; (4 ) GMP-- 140 on platelet surface wasincreased; (5 ) platelet's crushed was increased; microtubeles was enlarged; pseudopodium wasincreased; (6) above changes were extenuated prodominantly because of TMP's application, quantityand qulality of platelets were preserved well. The data also indicated thatTMP has no side effect tohemodynamics and other side effects were mild, cGMP variation in platelets was reverse to cAMPwhen TMP was used. It's demonstrates that TMP has favourable effect on improring changes inpathopysiology and clinical complication proceeding from Platelets activing CPB.
