摘要
本文应用免疫转印技术(Immunoblotting)对我国分离的肾综合征出血热(HFRS)病毒抗原性多肽进行了分析,发现HFRS病毒50Kd多肽上可能存在着属特异性抗原决定簇。观察并讨论了实验条件对结果的影响,选择了最佳实验条件。
western blot was employed in the study of the ant(?)genic peptides of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome viruses (HFRSV) isolated from different hosts of different areas in China.The HFRSV proteins were fractionated by SDS-poly acrylamide gel electrophoresis and transfered onto nitrocellulose. The separated viral proteins were then probed with rabbit sera against HFRSV, sera from HFRS patients and monoclonal antibody specific for HFRSV. The results showed that there might be a genus specific antigenic determinant on the 50Kd polypeptides of HFRSV.
