摘要
本文以抗人结肠癌相关抗原的MAb SC3A为探针,用免疫组化法检测了其相应抗原在153例14种不同组织类型乳腺肿物组织中的表达与分布。结果在80例9型的乳腺癌中有78例(97.5％)呈阳性结合,其中57例(71.3％)的反应范围在50％以上,表明这种相关抗原在乳腺癌中有较高的表达.这对乳腺癌的有关研究具有实际应用意义。此抗原在73例5种乳腺良性病变中亦有45.2％的阳性表达,提示其与乳腺癌之间可能存在着相同的抗原物质.并推测其与乳腺癌的发生可能存在着一定的相关因素。
Antigen expression and distribution in 153 specimens consisting of benign and malignant breast tumors were tested by monoclonal antibody SC3A against hum in colon cancer associated antigen. Positive immunohistocne-mical staining was found in 78 ( 97. 5% )of the 80 careinomas.. Of the 78 cases. 57(71. 3%)had positive staining in excess of 50% of the tissue. The result showed that this antigen has a high expression and distribution in hreast cancer and might he used as a useful tumor marker of the breast cancer Thirty three(45. 2%) of the 73 benign breast lesions showed variable staining manifestations. It is construed that there might be similar antigen expression in part of the benign tumors which may probably bear some relationship with cancer fomtion.
