摘要
通过对H11、H5.28、H401、H901及Hsm 5个猴头菌株进行栽培学及主要营养成分等重要性状比较,选出H5.28为最优菌株。其现蕾速度快、生产周期短、子实体产量高、营养丰富,适于在生产上推广。
After the comparison study on the cultivation characteristics and nutrient content of 5 Hericium erinaceus strains, H5.28 was proved to be the most excellent strain with more rapid fructification rate, shorter cultivation period, the highest yield and abundant nutrients. So it was concluded that H5.28 was more suitable for commercial cultivation in 5 strains.
