摘要
本文对除氧剂的特性进行了详细的分析,探讨了除氧剂用于食品包装的可行性,指出了合理使用除氧剂的要求,给我国的食品保藏提供了一种简单有效的包装方法。
The detailed analysis of the characteristics of deoxider and the feasibility of the application of deoxider in food package were studied . The requirements for the proper application of this deoxider and a simple and effective packing methodfor food preservation were put forward.
