摘要
本文介绍了不同工况下水平井钻柱摩擦力的计算方法。计算结果表明,起钻和井底动力钻具钻进两种工况,钻柱与井壁间有较大的摩擦力。并指出降低摩擦力的有效措施是将造斜率较大的井段放在井眼下部,采用油基钻井液及轻质材料钻杆。
This paper introdues a calculation method of friction force acted on drill stem at different conditions in horizontal well. Calculation results show that greater friction force exist between drill stem and wall of bore in tripping out and drilling using PDM (positive displacement motor) working conditions. The effect measurement to reduce friction force is arranging build section with greater build up rate to lower bottom section of well and using oil base mud and flexible drill stem.
