摘要
在消除内外扩散的条件下,将结焦Y-15催化剂再生反应后的气体产物甲烷化后导入氢火焰离子检测器,分析产物中CO、CO_2的浓度,用多元线性回归法回归得到总消炭、产物生成动力学方程式。考察了再生温度和氧分压对产物CO_2/CO比的影响,提出了产物比仅随温度升高而降低,与氧分压无关。实验得到的产物CO_2/CO比随温度的变化规律与导出的动力学方程得到的计算结果相吻合。
Regeneration of coke-deposited Y-15 catalyst,a full synthetic Si-Al based REY cracking catalyst,was carried out in laboratory under nondiffusion-control,eliminating internal and external diffusion conditions,and then conducted the product gas to methanation reaction. The methanated product gas composition was examined by GC using a hydrogen flame ionization detector. Kinetic equations of coke-burning and formation of CO and CO_2 are derived with liner regression. It is found that CO_2/CO ratio is decreased only with the rise of regeneration and is independent of oxygen partial pressure and time, The experimental data of CO_2/CO ratio agree well with that calculated from the derived kinetic equations.
