摘要
用热管氧化法研究了15种CD级机油的氧化沉积与1-G2 Caterpillar发动机试验WTD的相关性,发现在300℃、5h和310℃、4h,氧、油流量与评定CC级机油相同的条件下,它们的相关率达80%;在320℃、4h条件下相关率下降为73%。
Heat-tube oxidation method has been used to evaluate the detergency of CD grade oils. It shows that the heat-tube oxidation grades obtained under two sets of conditions are 80% correlated with the WTD value of Caterpillar 1-G2 engine test.
