摘要
上海中医学院医史博物馆的前身是中华医学会医史博物馆,创立于1938年,是中国最早的一座医学史专科博物馆,创办者是王吉民医师和伍连德博士等。这座博物馆藏品丰富,总数达一万多件,其中有不少文物珍品,受到国内、外多方面的重视。该馆自创办以来,对于介绍中国传统医药学的悠久历史及其伟大成就、对于增进中国同世界各国人民的友谊及文化交流方面,都起了重要作用。
The Historical Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the Shang-hai Medical College,previously known as the Historical Museum of Medi-cine of the Chinese Midical Association,was set up in 1938 by Dr.K.Chimin Wong,Dr.Wu Lien-teh etc.It is the earliest museum of its kindin China.Of over ten thousand cultural relies stored up in the Museum,quite amany are rare objects,appreciated by visitors both from abroad and athome.The museum has contributed a great deal to the reflection of thelong history of and the remarkable achievements in traditional Chinesemedicine as well as to the promotion of the friendship between the peopleof China and those of other countries.
