摘要
近20年来,中国医疗史作为新史学的一份子取得了长足进步,特别是中国近代医疗史研究,作为该领域的主阵地,积极吸纳新史学的理念与方法,研究议题更加多元且成果丰硕。它不仅促进了新史料的挖掘与运用,重现了以往被忽视的历史面相,还对近代史研究理念与范式的转变产生了积极影响。近代史研究的良好基础和深厚土壤,则为中国医疗史研究的发展提供了基础和养分。展望未来,近代医疗史可望通过知识史与物质文化史两大路径,进一步融通内外,结合数字史学技术,发掘民间医疗文献资料,关注中西医汇通,深入探究中国医学的独特性与中国历史的演进过程,实现史学与医学的双向赋能,为构建兼具国际视野与本土特色的中国自主知识体系贡献力量。
As a subfield within the New History Paradigm,Chinese medical history study,particularly moderm Chinese medical history study,has made remarkable progress over the past two decades.Inspired by the new theories and methodologies of the New History Paradigm,scholars in this field have produced a wealth of academic achievements,exploring increasingly diverse topics.Their work has not only illuminated previously neglected aspects of history through the collection and use of new historical materials,but has also played a significant role in driving the paradigm shift in the study of modern Chinese history.The rich body of scholarship in modern Chinese history provides both a solid foundation for and a source of inspiration for the study of Chinese medical history.Future research in modern Chinese medical history should integrate approaches from the history of knowledge and material culture,broaden the scope of academic exchanges,and leverage digital technologies effectively.Scholars should also explore ways to incorporate medical history sources from society at large,bridge the gap between traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and examine the unique characteristics of Chinese medicine and its role in the broader evolution of Chinese history.By linking history and medicine,this field will contribute to the establishment of an independent Chinese knowledge system,one that synthesizes international perspectives with local characteristics.
