小鼠附睾尾部蛋白主动免疫对雌性小鼠生育力的影响

摘要 取小鼠附睾尾部蛋白进行等电聚焦纯化,获得两个蛋白组分,命名为EPa和EPb。将它们分别主动免疫同种雌性小鼠,对体内生育力有明显的抑制效应,其避孕有效率分别为76.2%和69.2%,与对照组相比,统计学上具有非常显著的差异(P<0.01)。结果提示,小鼠附睾尾部蛋白具有精子的特异抗原性,有一定的免疫避孕作用。本文并讨论了它们可能参与精子的成熟过程。 This study was made of the effects of epididymal protein on fertility of mice. Two Components (EPa and EPb) of cauda epididymal protein in mice were purified. The fertility in vivo of adult female mice that were actively immunized against EPa and EPb respectively,was significantly decreased as compared with the nonimmunized controls (P<0. 01). These results suggested that there was specific antigenicity of spermatozoa in epididymal proteins of mice.
