摘要
为研究高脂血症患者血液粘弹特性的改变,对30名平均年龄55.9岁(38~75岁)的男性高脂血症患者的空腹血,用低剪切-30流变测定仪进行了规范的血液流变学测定。结果证明观察组和对照组的HCT无显著性差异,但观察组的血浆粘度(ηp),切变率分别为0,512秒-1和51.2秒-1时的表观粘度η0.512和η51.2,红细胞聚集指数(AI),复粘度的粘性分量(η')和弹性分量(η″),剪切弹性模量(G')等均比对照组明显增高。作者认为这些改变可能与血脂增高有关。在治疗高脂血症时除采用降脂药物外,还应采用降低血粘度和粘弹性的药物,才能取得更好疗效。
The alterations of blood viscoelasticity in 30 male patients with hyperlipidemia were studied. The hemorheologic parameters were measured with Low Shear-30 Rheometer. The results showed that there was no significant difference in HCT between the study group and the control group ;however,the plasma viscosity (ηp), the apparent viscosity η0.512 and η51. 2 at shear rate 0. 512S-1 and 51. 2s-1 respectively, the erythrocyte aggregation index (AI), the viscous component (η′) and the elastic component (η″) of the complex viscosity, and the shear elastic modulus (G′) of the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. We hypothesize these changes are likely related to the high blood lipid levels. Thus it seems appropriate to treat hyperlipidemia as well as hyperviscosity and hyperviscoelasticity simultaneously.
