摘要
突触素Ⅰ(synapsinⅠ)是神经元特有的一类与小型突触囊泡外侧相连的磷蛋白.该蛋白在进化过程中是比较保守的,其基因位于X染色体上.通过基因重组产生的小鼠SynapsinⅠ基因的零突变及脑片电生理学的观察,发现synapsinⅠ在神经递质释放及突触可塑性等生理活动过程中具有重要作用.
Synapsin Ⅰis a specific phospho- protein of neuron,it is associated with the cy- toplasmic surface of small synapsic vesicles. Itis highly conservative in evolution and its genelocates in X-chromosome. By means of nullmutation of synapsin Ⅰgene in mice and in-vestigation of brain slices electrophy-siologically,the mutation is generated by ho-mologous recombination. And it is found thatsynapsin Ⅰ plays a vital role in physiologicalevents suchas neurotransmitter release andsynaptic plasticity,etc.
