摘要
由氨基酸分析和核磁共振谱的测定,证明商品链霉素中主要致敏性杂质“高杂1”不是链霉素和大分子载体的结合物;通过和人工合成的链霉素聚合物进行对比分析,发现“高杂1”和链霉素聚合物有相似的光谱特征、色谱行为和化学反应,提示“高杂1”是链霉素聚合物。
Using the technique of amino acid analysis and the NMR detecting, it is confirmed that the chemical characteristic of H. I. 1, which is the main allergenic impurity in commercial streptomycin, is not the conjugate between streptomycin and some kinds of H. M. .W. carrier. Comparing the H. I. 1 with the streptomycin polymer (Poly-SM), it is found that both are similar in nature of the spectra (UV and IR), behavour of the chromatergraphy (T. L. C., HPLC and HPGPC) and the reaction of citric acid-acetic anhydride. So it is thought that the H. I. 1 is the Poly-SM.
