摘要
利用低压舱对大鼠进行急性低气压重度缺氧实验。动物模拟升空至7500m高度,停留30min。出舱后立即收集各种样本,用放射免疫法测定内皮素含量。发现实验组血浆内皮素较对照组明显升高(P<0.001),而其肺、右房心肌和丘脑组织中内皮素较对照组显著降低(P<0.001)。这提示重度缺氧使大鼠体内的内皮素合成、释放和代谢过程发生紊乱。这种心血管内分泌功能失调可能在缺氧性机体损害过程中有重要作用。
The concentrations of endothelin were measured by radioimmunoassay in 15 ratsafter being placed in low atmospheric pressure(36.974 kpa)hypoxia for 30 min tomimic the flying altitude of 7500 m.Compared with the control,the concentrationof plasma endothelin of the experimental group increased markedly (P<0.001).and the concentrations of endothelin in lung, right atrial myocardium and thalamusdecreased significantly (P<0.001).The results suggest that the synthesis,releaseand metabolism of the endothelin in the experimental subjects developed seriousdisturbance by acute hypoxia,which may be significant in the damages of the bodyin hypoxia.
