摘要
作者对15例体外循环心内直视手术病人的内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、神以聒压素(NT)和P物质(SP)进行了测定,结果提示;(1)CPB手术病人术前ET含量明显高于术中及术后(P<0.01),开放循环心脏复苏后,体内ET含量达到了最低水平,回ICU及术后24 ,小时,ET含量回升,但仍明显低于术前;(2)CPB期间CGRP无明显变化,术后24小时体内CGRP水平明显较术前及术中升高(P<O.05)(3)CPB期间CGRP无明显变化,回ICU后NT水平升高,术后24小时基本恢复正常:(4)CPB期间SP含量明显升高,回ICU及术后24小时,SP基本恢复正常.作者对上述变化的原因及临床意义进行了简要讨论.
Serum endothelin (ET), calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) ,neurotensin (NT) and sub-Stance-P (SP) were determined in 15 patients undergoing open heart surgery. The ET content was higher be-fore operation that during and after opration (P<0.01). After heart recovery by open circulation, the ET con-tent ws lowest returning to TCU and 24 houes after operation, the ET content was elevated but still lower thanthat before operation. The CGRP content was not changed obviously during CPB but higher than that beforeand during operation (P<O.05). The NT content was not changed during CPB but was higher after returing toICU. It returned to normal 24 hours postoperatively. The SP content increased significantly during CPB, andreturned to normal after returning to ICU and 24 hours postoperatively. The reasons and clinical significance of these changes were discussed.
