通过电力、内燃牵引的运营支出和基本投资综合费用的比较,采用费用效益法计算电力牵引的经济效益;确定内燃牵引过渡到电力牵引的临界运量和时间,以及确定铁路牵引动力的合理配置。
The economic benefit of the electric locomotive is calculated by a new cost benefit method,comparing the managing expenses,fundamental investment and overall cost with those of the diesel locomo-tive;the critical transport capacity and time are determined during the transition from the diesel locomotive to the electric locomotive,and the railway towing power is reasonably and economically disposed.
