摘要
研究不同播期和施肥水平对二个香米品种品质的影响。结果表明:不同播期对稻米品质有较大影响,随着播期的推迟,灌浆成熟期气温降低,糙米率、精米率和整精米率有所下降;直链淀粉含量上升。在一定的施肥量范围内,糙米率、精米率和整精米率随施肥量的增加而相应提高,直链淀粉含量有所下降。
Studies were made on different sowing dates and fertilizer levels effecting qualities of two fragrant rice varieties. As a result,different sowing dates had effects to rice quality. With the sowing dates lated,the temperature of ripening date reduced,the l.npolished rice,polished rice and complete polished rice were reduced. The amylose starch was increased. The unpolished rice,polished rice and complete polished rice would be increased if the fertilizer levels appropriately grew, but the amylose strict would be reduced.
