摘要
本文对15个离笋品种进行了成株期食用茎、功能叶、苗期功能叶硝酸盐累积量的测定研究。结果表明硝酸盐的累积量在品种间存在较大差异,成株期食用茎最大差异达71%;成株期功能叶最大差异达79%;苗期功能叶的最大差异达62%;同一品种不同生育期硝酸盐累积量以幼苗期为高,苗期功能叶与成株期功能叶之间的差异可达46%~78%;同一品种不同器官硝酸盐含量也存有差异,茎的含量一般大于叶片的含量,差异可达16%~21%;食用茎和功能叶的硝酸盐累积量的相关性达极显著水平(r=0.7936)。
Nitrate accumulation content of edible stems and functional leaves at harvest and functional leaves at 35-day-old seedlings in 15 varieties was studied in this paper. Results showed thane was a great difference among edible stems,among functional leaves at harvest and among functional leaves at 35-day -old seedlings, the largest difference reaches 71. 21%, 78. 72% and 61. 63%, respectively. besides, functional leaf nitrate content at 35-day-old seedlings was higher than that at harvest,the difference was 46.05%  ̄78. 18% o Generally,nitrat content of edible stems was higher than that of functional leaves at harvest,there was a significant correlation between them. In breeding,measuring nitrate accumulation content of functional leaves at 35-day-old seedlings could substitute for that of functional leaves at harvest,the latter for that of edible stems.
