摘要
高校科研成果的评奖工作对提高高校的学术水平和扩大社会影响有着十分重要的作用。目前，各高校都在探索科学而公正的评奖实施办法。本文分析了评奖工作中存在的主要问题，并结合各校的经验和我校的特点，为解决评奖工作中“模糊性”与“离散性”的矛盾，运用模糊数学方法，建立了一套数学模型，以期使科研成果的评奖工作更趋公正和科学。
Appraisal and awards for scientific research products in institutions of higher learning plays a very important role in raising scientific research level and academic level in colleges and universities,and increasing their social effects.Every university is groping for the method of appraisal and awards with fairness and scientificness,This article analyses the main problems existing in the process of appraisal and awards,combines experiences of other colleges with the characteristics of our university,and constitutes a set of maths models by means of obscure maths so as to evaluate scientific research products more fairly and scientifically,overcoming obscurity’and‘dispersion’in appralsal and awards.
