摘要
1989~1993年对20余种常见花卉进行了线虫种类的调查及防治研究。根据Golden等分类系统,共鉴定出15个属和根结线虫的3个种,其中肾形线虫(Rotylenchulusreniformis)为我国北方首次发现。采用盆栽化学药剂处理土壤的防治方法,防治凤仙花(Impatiensbalsamina.L)根部线虫,结果表明,5%克线磷颗粒剂、15%铁灭克颗粒剂和35%甲基硫环磷乳油效果明显,其最佳用药量依次为花盆土重的0.05%~0.1%,0.1%~0.2%和200~500倍液每盆250ml。
The species of nematodes in the rhizosphere of more than 20 kinds of flowers were investigated and nematodes were controlled by using nematocides from 1989 to 1993.The result showed that 15 genera of nematodes and 3 species of Meloidogyne were identified according to taxonomy systems of nematodes by Golden etc. Especially nematode Rotylenchulus reniformis was first discovered in north China. Meanwhile three kinds of nematocides were used to treat pot flower soil of sample Narcissi (Impotieus balsamina L).Chemical control result indicated that Fenamiphos 5% granules, Aldicarb 15% granules and 35% EC wre obviously effective in controlling nematodes in the narcissus rhizosphere.The optimum dosage of Fenamiphos 5% granules is 0.05%  ̄ 0. 1% of weight of pot flower soil. Aldicarb 15% granules is 0. 1%  ̄0.2% of weight of Pot nower soil. Phosfolan-methyl 35% EC is diluted by water to 200 ̄500 times. The dosage is 250ml diluted solution per pot flower.
