摘要
对苹果树(Malus pumila)及其苗木根际线虫种群研究结果表明:寄生类线虫占线虫总量的9.6%,腐生类占46.0%,捕食类占35.2%,矛线类占6.2%。寄生线虫共鉴定出6个属,其中垫刃线虫属(Tylenchus)为最多。从垂直分布看:以0~30cm土层总数量较大,而以0~20cm土层总数量最大;寄生线虫主要分布在0~30cm土层内,而以O~1Ocm 土层为最多。从树龄与线虫数量的关系看:树龄较小者,不论是总量还是寄生线虫的数量均多于树龄较大者,特别是树苗根际线虫的数量最大。品种不同,根际线虫寄生种类也有差异,以辽伏,红星两品种根际寄生线虫种类最多,国光最少。
The results showed that parasitic nematodes were 9.6%, saprophytic nematodes46.0%, sarcophagous nematodes 35.2%, dorylaimida nematodes 6.2% of the total ofnematodes. Six genera of parasitic nematodes were indentified, and Tylenchus was the maingenus among them. The densities of nematodes in vertical distribution were high at the soil depth of 0~30cm and highest at 0~20cm. Parasitic nematodes were distributed at the depth of 0~30cm, but most at 0~10cm. The total number of nematodes or parasitic nematodes in the old apple treerhizosphere was more than in the young one, and most in the apple seedling rhizosphere. The species of parasitic nematodes in the rhizosphere varied with varieties of appletrees. They were most in the rhizosphere of varieties Liaofu and Starking, and fewer in therhizosphere of Ralls.
