n this paper, p-aminophenol in urine was separated from its matrix and determined bv RP-HPLC witha fast column of Spherisorb C(18), 3μm, 50×4.6mm i.d.and mobile ohase of MeOH: H2O: H3PO4(22: 78:0.1, V/V/V). The sample was previously undergone hydrolysis,extraction and filtration through 0. 22μm membrane.
