摘要
用H-ZSM-5沸石分子筛作催化剂,在釜式反应器内对丁醇和乙酸的酯化反应进行了研究,考察了分子筛的焙烧温度、硅铝比、催化剂用量、反应物摩尔比和反应温度等对酯化反应的影响。结果表明,当醇酸比为1.2,在550℃下焙烧的H-ZSM-5(50)用量为3%,反应温度为120℃时,反应5小时乙酸的转化率大于92%,提出了在无催化剂和以H-ZSM-5为催化剂情况下酯化反应动力学模型。
The esterification reaction of acetic acid with n-butyl alcohol in liquid phase on HZSM-5 zeolites was studied. The effect of calcination temperature of HZSM-5 on ac-tivity,the ratlo of SiO_ 2/Al_2O_3 in the zeolite,the amount of the catalyst used,the ratio of reac-tants,and reaction temperatures on the reaction rate were investigated. When mole ratio of alcohol to acid is 1.2,and 3%(wt)HZSM-5(50)catalyst calcined at 550℃ is used,the reac-tion rate is over 92%at 120℃ for 5 houres, The kinetic equations for the noncatalytic esteri-fication and those of the esterification with HZSM-5 as catalvst are established.
