摘要
本文运用竞争性情报理论,以实证的方式论述了企业如何在竞争环境中,对竞争性情报进行有效地收集与分析,正确地评价竞争对手的实力,以及有的放矢地制定竞争策略等,以增强企业的竞争能力,适合我国市场经济发展和现代企业制度建设的需要。
Based on the theory of competitive intelligence and using the positi-ve method, this article describes how the enterprise collects and analyses compet-itive intelligence’accurately appraises the actual strength of the rival,and for-mulates the competitive strategy in accordance with the competitive environment,so as to strengthen the enterprise′s competitive power and meet the needs of the dev elopment of China′s market economy and the set-up of modern enterprise.
