乳腺癌凝集素受体与雌激素受体关系及意义的探讨 被引量:2

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LECTIN RECEPTORS AND ESTROGEN RECEPTORS IN BREAST CARCINOMAS AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE

摘要 本文运用亲合组化和荧光组化法对35例乳腺癌的8种凝集素受体和雌激素受体进行了对比研究,结果发现仅花生凝集素受体(PNA—R)与雌激素受体(ER)呈正相关(P<0.005)这种相关关系提示。可以通过PNA亲合组化对石蜡切片档案材料进行回顾性研究,以推测乳癌患者的ER状况。 Comparative study on eight lectin receptors and estrogen receptor in 35 cases of human breast carcinomas by conventional and fluorescence affimtive histoch emical methods was reported. The results indicated that only peanut agglutinin receptor (PNA-R) has correlation with estrogen receptor (ER) (P<0.005). The relationship between PNA-R and ER suggests that the ER status of breast carcinomas can be estiminated by the detection of PNA-R with retrospective study of filed paraffin slides, which will provide the basis for the endocrine therapy of the patients.
