用荧光显微镜观察Y小体确定骨骼肌的性别 被引量:3

STUDIES ON SEX IDENTIOFICATION OF HUMAN SKELETAL MUSCLE BY Y BODY UNDER FLUORESCENE MICROSCOPE

摘要 作者将人骨骼肌经冰冻切片,0.5%阿的平染色,用荧光显微镜观察,计数Y小体的出现率以确定性别。53例中34例男性Y小体的出现率在20~76%,平均为50.38%;19例女性的类Y小体的出现率在0~3%均值0.89%,将两者行t检验,t值等于13.93,P(0.01,差异极显著。通过对41例检材进行盲测,结果准确率达100%。 A simple method for sex identification using muscle tissue was introduced. Frozon section was made out of human skeletal muscle. After being stained with 0.5% quinacrine HCI,the rate of Y-body was counted under fluoreseene microscope. Among 53 individuals,the rate of Y-body appeared in 34 males ranged from 20-76%, 50.38%in average,while the rate of Y-body in female ranged from 0-3% ,0. 89%in average, t test has been done,t= 13. 93 P value<0.01. indicating significant difference between males and females. A random test for 38 individuals had been carried out. The results showed that the rate of accuracy reached 100%
