等几率投切电容控制器设计

摘要 本文介绍的等几年投切电容控制器,被用在微电机的出厂检测中。它保证了微电机绝缘性能指标检测过程中,传送带的出线端检测工段上被测试电机数与投入的启动电容数相等。该控制器在设计中实现了每个启动电容被投切的几率相等,同时也实现了使该系统的操作动作减少到合理的程度,并解决了外界环境的干扰问题,大大提高了该系统的可靠性和使用寿命。 The controller that has equal probability swiching capacitor was described in this papre. First, it not only be used in the plant testing, but also guarantee the number of tested micromotors being equal to the number of starting capacitors at the terminal testing workstation of assemble line in the examining process for the performance parameters of micromotor's insulation. Second. it make every starting capacitor has equal probability to be switched in design. The problem arised from external enviroment disturbance was resolved.In addition, the system' s operational actions being reduced to a reasonal extent while its reliabitity and service life being improved greatly.
