摘要
指出了随机载荷下的疲劳可靠性设计，必须要考虑载荷顺序的影响。建立了既考虑应力集中、尺寸、表面加工等系数的影响，又考虑了应力大小及顺序对损伤的影响求可靠度的新模型。
This paper presents a new method of reliability calculation for component under randomloading. In this method,both the Miner’s Rule and interference model are used to considernot only the influence of the distributions of stress concentration,dimension,surface condi-tion but also the influence of stress amplitude and sequence. To expand the application areaof the Relative Miner’s Rule,this paper provides the Probabilistic Miner’s Rule. It can con-sider the statistical uncertainty and nonstatistical uncertainty simultaneously,and the accura-cy of fatigue reliability analysis is improved greatly.
