致敏大鼠腹腔及肺泡肥大细胞5-HT释放率 被引量:1

5-Hydroxy Tryptamine Release Rates on Anaphylactic Rat Peritoneal and Lung Mast Cells

摘要 速发型超敏反应与肥大细胞释放介质有关。本文大鼠用卵清蛋白免疫致敏后,腹腔及肺肥大细胞用兔抗大鼠IgE触发,测定[3H]5-HT释放率,结果显示,腹腔肥大细胞5-HT释放率在免疫后第2、3周达高峰,持续时间较长;肺肥大细胞在免疫后第2周有一峰值,但高度不如前者,且即消退。 Rats were immunized with ovalbumin, Peritoneal and lung mast cells were challenged with rabbit anti-rat IgE. The[3H] 5-hydroxy tryptamine release rates were assayed. The peritoneal mast cells had higher 5-HT release rate than the lung mast cells. The peak of peritoneal mast cells appeared at the second to third week after immunization, then rapidly declined. The lung mast cells only showed a low peak at the second week.
