体外循环中血栓素B_2、6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)的变化及抑肽酶对其影响的临

摘要 20例体外循环心内手术患者被随机分为对照组和实验组,各10例。实验组干预充液中加入抑肽酶2x106血管舒张素抑制单位(KIU)。结果发现,体外循环期间,对照组的血栓素B2(TXB2)及其与6-酮-前列腺素F1a比值(TXB2/6-K-PGF1a)明显升高;实验组TXB2的增加及TXB2/6-K-PGF1a的值明显低于对照组;实验组的血小板聚集率下降程度明显低于对照组,术后纵隔引流量减少41.7%。表明抑肽酶可于体外循环期间抑制TXB2的合成和释放,降低TXB2/6-K-PGF1a的值,从而保护血小板功能。 wenty patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) for cardiac operations were di-vided into the control group and the aprotinin group at random. Patients of the aprotinin group re-ceived aprotinin 2 × 106 KIU in the priming volume of the CPB. Results showed that the level ofTXB2 and TXB2/-6-K-PGF1α ratio rose obviously during CPB in the control group; the increasedvolurne of TXB2 and TXB2/6-K-PGF1α ratio in the aprotinin group was lower than that in the con-trol group; level of paltelet aggregability in the aprotinin group was significantly lower than thatin the control group. At first 24 hours postoperative blood loss was reduced by 41. 7% in theaprotinin group as compared with that in the control group. These findings indicate that aprotininadministration during CPB can inhibit the synthesis and release of TXB, and decrease TXB2/6-K-PGF1α ratio,and protect platelet function.
