摘要
目的:探讨钝性肝损伤 (Blunt Hepatic Injury ,BHI)后血浆某些细胞因子含量变化及意义.方法:随机选取新西兰兔 12只 , 雌雄不限,将其随机编号为 1～ 12.采用 BIM-Ⅳ型生物撞击机撞击剑突部致伤,分别在伤前、伤后 30分钟、 1小时、 2小时采血测定血浆肿瘤坏死因子 (TNFα )、血栓烷素 B2(TXB2)和 6-酮-前列腺素 F1α (6- Keto- PGF1α )含量.结果 :BHI后 2小时血浆 TNFα含量有所增高 (P<0.05); PGI2含量进行性升高 (P<0.01); TXB2含量在损伤前后无明显变化 (P>0 05).结论: BHI后血浆中部分细胞因子发生明显改变 ,这可能是 BHI后器官功能障碍的原因之一.
Objective： To explore the changes and the significance of the eytokines in plasma after blunt hepatic injury （BHI） in rabbits.Methods： BHI model were established in 12 rabbits with BIM - Ⅱ Bio - impactor, and then the changes of the eytokines in plasma were observed at pre - injury and 0.5、 1、 2 h post - injury.Results： The endothelins PGI2 in plasma progressively increased at 2h post - BHI（P 〈 0.01）, but no changes of the endothelins TXB2 was found after BHI（P 〉 0.05）, and atrial natriuretic factor（ANF） decreased after BHI（P 〈 0.05） .Conclusion：The changed cytokinein plasma after BHI may be one of the causes leading to organ dysfunctions.
