中华鳖脾脏的显微与亚显微结构研究 被引量:12

摘要 应用光镜和透射电镜技术对中华鳖脾脏的显微结构、某些组织化学特性和亚微结构进行了研究。脾脏被膜较薄,小梁少而细,实质由白髓和红髓相间排列组成,前者包括精球周围淋巴鞘(PELS)和动脉周围淋巴鞘(PALS),未见淋巴小结。白髓的发达程度表现有明显的季节性变化,但PELS的数量均远较APLS为多,且其淋巴细胞较密集,ANAE阳性细胞约占60%~70%,椭球周围还有一圈呈放射状排列的特殊网状细胞夹杂于淋巴细胞之间。PALS的结构比较疏松,ANAE阳性细胞不到30%,但嗜派若宁细胞(包括浆细胞)明显比PELS的多。红髓由脾索和脾窦构成。 The splenic structures and histochemical features of the turtle,Trionxyx sinensis, are studied under light and transmission electron microscope. The splenic capsule is very thin and the trabecula is poorly developed The splenic parenchyma is composed of white and red pulps. The white pulp comprise the periaterial lymphatic sheath (PALS) and periellipsoidal lymphatic sheath (PELS), the latter being dominent and its lymphocytes being denser. No lymph nodules are found in the white pulp. Around the ellipsoid, there are special reticular cells arranged radiantly.ANAE positive cells account for about 60%  ̄70% in PELS, while less than 30% in PALS. Pyroninophillic cellsmake up about 20% in PALS, but less than 5% in PELS. The red pulp is made up of splenic cords and sinuses. It is also demonstrated that the white pulp is more develope in late spring, preening summer and autumn than in winter.
