摘要
阐述了生物工程技术在食品工业领域中的应用。从中表明:生物工程技术在食用资源的开发、食品加工、食品保藏和食品分析等方面的应用成果,极大地促进了食品工业的发展。
The application of technolgy of biological engineering to food industry is studied,and it shows that significant progress has been made in the exploitation of fcod resources,andthe procession,presenation and inspection,which advanced the fcod industry to a new stage。
