摘要
本文建立的人表皮生长因子（ｈＥＧＦ）发光免疫法采用吖啶酯标记抗体，灵敏度可达２ｎｇｈＥＧＦ／ｍｌ，能满足尿中ｈＥＧＦ的测定。测定了正常人、孕妇及膀胱癌病人尿中ｈＥＧＦ的含量，孕妇尿中ｈＥＧＦ含量明显高于正常女性，膀胱癌患者尿中ｈＥＧＦ含量明显低于正常人。
Acridinium ester,labeled antibody was used in chemiluminescence immunoassay for humanepidermal growth factor.The sensitivity of the assay is 2ng/ml.Urinary contents of hEGF of pregnent womenand patients of urinary baldder cancer were higher and lower than that of the normal groups respectively.
