摘要
本文采用戊四氮(Pentylenetetrazol,PTZ)诱发大鼠癫痫模型,动态观察了癫痫大鼠脑组织中乳头体、海马及颞叶皮层P物质(substanceP,SP)含量的变化。结果发现,癫痫后大鼠乳头体SP含量显著下降,1周后恢复至正常水平;海马及颞叶皮层的SP含量未发现明显变化。提示乳头体中SP与癫痫发作有关。
AbstractIt has not been sure of the relationship between epilepsy and substance P(SP).In pentylenete-trazol- kindled rats,we determined concentrations of SP in the mammillary bodies, hippocampus and cerebral cortex. Results Showed that levels of SP in the mammillary bodies decreased both af-ter a single seizure and after 10 successive seizures.A week after last seizure,levels of SP re-turned to the normal value.No changes of SP were found in the hippocampus and cerebral cor-ex.The results suggested that SP in the mammillary bodies may be involved in the process of epileptic mechanism. No difference of content of SP was found after a single seizure or after 10 seizures.The mechanism should be studied further.
