摘要
应用Ｗｈｅａｔｌｅｙ应激量表检查了门诊焦虑症和抑郁症病人，发现病人在治疗前后的应激评分有显著变化，且与Ｈａｍｉｌｔｏｎ焦虑和抑郁量表评分显著相关。结果表明，抑郁症病人的应激评分为３８．５８，恐怖症为２６．９０，焦虑症２５．７５，皆显著高于正常对照组（ｌｌ．８０），提示有精神障碍者的应激水平较高。
AbstractThe Stress Profile was translated into Chinese and used as an instrument for assessment of stress in 34 Chinese patients with depression and anxiety disorder.The Chinese version of the profile was con-firmed that there were good correlations in test-retest and interrater reliability and with the Hamilton scales,The results also suggested that the patients with mental disorders might have more stress prob-lems than the normal persons。
