摘要
我们选择15例(其中7例脱落)难治性癫痫的病人,在服用基础抗癫立药物(AED)的同时加用托吡酯,连续观察3个月,发现病人的发作频度均有不同程度的减少,且毒副作用极少。结合托吡酯的独待分子结构及抗癫痫机理,可以认为托吡酯是一种新型的安全有效的抗癫痫用药,尤其是对难治性部分性发作有较好的治疗效果。
Topiramate used as an assistant drug to varies basic AEDs was studied through 15 refractory epilepsy cases(7 of them dropped). Frequency of seizures subsided significantly after continuous therapy for 3 months and very rare side effects were obtained during the study course. Topiramate, a new AED which has a unique molecular structure and superior anti - epilepsy mechanism showed good effects and safe results especially for partial seizures of refractory epilepsy
cases.
