摘要
笔者报告５６例经手术、病理和临床资料证实的脊椎结核，并对其骨破坏的类型，尤其碎裂型骨破坏（２１／５６，３８％）及其诊断价值和环形强化的形式等作了分析和讨论。和一些作者的报道不同，本组病例中椎体后部的受累（４７／５６，８４％）及硬膜外浸润（１７／５６，３０％）颇为常见。
We report 56 cases of vertebral tuberculosis confirmed by operation, pathology and clinical data. CT apearances of bone destruction,especially fragmentary type (21/56. 38%)and pattern of rim enhancement were discussed. In our cases, posterior element involvement of vertebral body(47/56,84%)and epidural extension(17/56,30%)of disease were more common.
